1. Appointments
There was a general agreement that members of the GB will take turns chairing GB meetings, rotating alphabetically.

Luke volunteered to chair today’s meeting. (Thus Anne is in line to chair the next GB meeting, followed by Amy, etc.)

There was a general agreement that the role of Secretary will be to see that someone takes notes at each GB meeting and to circulate notes or minutes in accordance with whatever protocols the GB develops.

Eileen Moran volunteered to be Secretary.

There was a general agreement that the role of Convener will be to prepare an agenda, send out announcements, and arrange a meeting place for each GB meeting, as well as communicating with other Caucus officers.

Gerry Martini volunteered to be Convener.

There was a discussion of vacant Coordinator positions and of possible candidates to fill those positions. There was a general agreement that a decision about filling those vacancies will be made either by email or at the next GB meeting.

2. Discussion of Priorities for 2019
Luke will ask the KCC NC slate leaders if they would like GB members to join them at their next meeting.

Barbara will ask Barbara Gabriel if there are any contested chapter elections other than KCC’s.

3. Proposal to Coordinators for next NC meeting
Moved, seconded, and adopted unanimously: That the GB proposes to the Coordinators that a NC meeting be held in late February or early March, and that its agenda should include 1) the KCC chapter elections and 2) an assessment of NC history; the GB offers to support the coordinators in planning and running that meeting.
